Isu Elihle Projects (PTY) Ltd is a private company formed by Michael Xolani Majola. After careful consideration of 19 years extensive experience in management, business development and customer service with MilliCare, I ventured out and started Isue Elihle Projects (PTY) Ltd based on the principle of service excellence, empowerment and the passion for health and hygiene. Our speciality is floor and textile Care, specifically Carpet and Upholstery cleaning. This company is 100% black owned and managed by H.D.I. We boast a true BBB EE status through 100% Black male and P.D.I ownership.

I also have partnered with companies such as Thembeka Aneli (Pty) Ltd, Izigi Zomzansi Cleaning Services and GRES Facilities and Management assisting in cleaning projects.

Our vision is to provide the most popular, smart, convenient and efficient services to our customers and guaranteed satisfaction of their requirements and be able to adapt to their daily needs and requests by keeping abreast with new communities.

Smart – Our technology and chemistry save 95% of water and energy compare to the traditional cleaning system.
Convenient – There is no down time in our cleaning system, meaning you can safely walk on your carpet whilst the cleaning is in progress.
Efficient – Our cleaning process/methods is designed in a manner that makes cleaning much easier with less effort at the very same time helps remove soil/dirt in an unbelievable manner on both Carpet and Upholstery.

To have provincial satellite offices, operating 7 days a week on an 18hour basis by December 2022.
To obtain contracts with more hotels, corporate sector and other target markets within the current year.
To obtain a contract with Government & Municipal Departments as from 2023
